11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sleepinghedgehog, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if sleepinghedgehog has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall sleepinghedgehog's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount paid by you to sleepinghedgehog in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sleepinghedgehog and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
